Orchard House has been brilliant! Our branch is Bellingham and all the staff are so understanding, knowledgeable and helpful, as well as being most professional. I recommend Orchard House without any reservations.Our dog, Dora, and cats Casper and Alice have benefitted from their expert care.

Absolutely brilliant. All staff are polite and helpful. Darren is a star he is the only nurse my chihuahua doesn't bite! All of the vets are very knowledgeable and give you the confidence you need for your much loved pet. I cannot fault this practice and my little chihuahua is happy too. Thank you for the service you provide

Very caring and professional. Extremely friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Everyone takes the time to explain the treatments and meds. Having had the odd emergency on the past as well as the routine health checks I would not take my 3 anywhere else.

I am so glad I found this practice when I moved north with my very elderly cat and subsequently acquired 2 very lively kittens. Orchard House staff are knowlegeable, caring and take time to explain my cats' conditions and what kind of treatment they're recommending. When Buffy became so very old and unable to cope, they came to the house to euthanise her, which was much less stressful for both of us and I really appreciate their kindness. Recommended.

We were with Orchard Vets for 8 years - we cannot praise them enough for their service over the years for our two dogs Alfie and Sachi - four trips abroad all paperwork and vaccinations all in order which enabled us to pass through the European border with no concerns. Due to a house move out of the area we have had to change to a different Vets who i can honestly say are no where near as good or as clued up. Seriously considering returning back to Orchard Vets regardless of the distance for total peace of mind. Cannot recommend them enough.
