Really BAD, BAD, BAD , experience for us , NIGHTMARE, money graber I will say.... We have been with them only 3 or 4 months with our first pet until for something insignificant , something that all our friends said was something common nothing to worry , they insist to bring it in to be checked even after we told them that is perfectly happy and fine..., anyway just so they can grab from us about 80 pounds... Anyway the worst came after because after that we have decided to move straight away with other Vet and after a while , Orchard send us a bill of around 90 pounds saying because we moved to different Vet earlier... We didn't not agree with that and discussed the matter but they refused to understand.... , however after a while a lots of letters from them and from other money recovery company came to our house.... Anyway in the end they dragged us in COURT for that 90 pounds...asking 150 pounds including some other fees.... NIGHTMARE ...., really Unbelievable..., but sadly true...

I am fairly new to Glastonbury and needed a vet so I went to Orchard Vets and was very happy with the decision. My older cat had cancer and Orchard Vets was able to provide very professional care. They did two appointments after the surgery for follow up care plus a couple of phone calls just to make sure things were okay. This was all included in the overall price of the surgery. Eventually my darling cat of 18 years had to be put down and Orchard Vets stepped in again and provided proper pain free end of life care.

This is a fantastic surgery. You can get an appointment easily, the reception staff are lovely and head vet James is very knowledgeable. They dealt with my insurance claims as well. Really recommend them.

Never had a bad experience at Orchard Vets they are always so lovely and welcoming. The staff were extremely supportive and helpful when my little yorkie Khaleesi had to go in for an emergency operation straight away. I would personally like to thank James for his kindness and answering all my questions about the operation and just having a lovely manner to him and explaining everything that would he happening to khaleesi. James had also given us the ultrasound free of charge seeing as it was my birthday it was such a kind gesture and we really appreciate the loveliness. And also Chloe for her kindness and looking after my pup she has done an amazing job and very easy to talk to about all my worries! Chloe even saw us earlier than expected as we were just so worries and had lots of questions about how the operation had gone and Chloe had answered them all and really put us to ease. Chloe and James really made us feel comfortable and safe knowing our pup was in very good hands. she’s recovering so well which shows me they have done a fantastic job. Thank you for everything!!

Hello, I'm Wolfie a 9 month old high energy mongrel. My people have just had me spayed, not a pleasant experience despite the lovely vet Harry and wonderful nurses. My people have been raving about the after-care service. They have been sending in photos of my wound which was slow to heal and receiving follow up phone calls from the nurses. My people seem very happy with all this. Fine for them, they do not have to wear a lycra suit and inflatable collar. I look like I'm doing Zumba on the deck of the Titanic.
