Been with vets for pets over 10 years now , never really had a good experience with them. Always saw a different vet mostly young and inexperienced and on two occasions they missed the problem altogether which resulted in an emergency visit to the 24 hr vets later in the week. On another occassion they removed one grass seed from my dogs paw but failed to check him for others and i removed 15 other embedded grass seeds myself at home. The last straw was recieving the wrong dates for my dogs inocculations and being told that i would have to pay £20 more to restart the course even though i had already paid for the booster. I am now with another Vets where they dont have Snowflake staff.

We visited today as our cat had become unwell and we had to make the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye. We were supported by Dan, who was truly exceptional. He guided us through an incredibly difficult moment with compassion, reassurance, and genuine empathy. He shared his own experiences, which brought us comfort and helped us feel understood during our loss. Thank you, Dan. You made an unbearable day a little more bearable, and we are deeply grateful for your kindness.

Wouldn’t want to take our dog to any other vets, they are all so caring and wonderful, genuinely love the animals that they care for.

Took my Dachshund x Pug to Vets4Pets Ashley Road because she had developed a nasty skin rash. No tests were done and I was just told it was a yeast infection and allergies. Eighteen months later she was still suffering after numerous visits and I was still told it was yeast and allergies. I decided to take her to another vets and they took samples and did skin tests and it was not a yeast infection or allergies. They prescribed antibiotics and thankfully now she’s recovering at long last. The new vets did more for us in a week than Vets4Pets did for us in eighteen months so if you care for your pets don’t use them.

Took my pet in with concerns about tummy issues, Holes Bay. Suggested an x-ray and blood tests but my suggestions were dismissed. I insisted on blood tests, and it turned out my pet had other issues I wouldn't have known about had I not asked for a blood test. I was sent away with gut meds and no advice or treatment for the other symptoms. Decided to try Ashley Rd, Poole for a second opinion and was told there's no concerns. I had to bring my pet back in as an emergency and the vet did not treat it as such and was uninterested, lacked empty and was not in a hurry to even try to help my pet. The vet watched my pet die in pain, only to tell me after the fact that the best thing would have been to put my pet down. If you love your pets, PLEASE do not bring them to this demonic veterinary practice to suffer neglect, they deserve only the best.

Don’t come here if you care about your pets. When taking my 1yr old 5.5kg Pomeranian for a vaccine the vet decided to take my dog to a private room and wrap a towel around his head. She also suggested I pinch him to prepare him for further vaccines in the future! Ever since he has been incredibly nervous and clearly has trauma. I went into Vets4Pets with my complete trust, thinking they would treat my dog with the upmost care, but I was wrong. I’m deeply saddened and upset by this practice and will avoid this chain all together now. It’s heartbreaking that this vet is in a position of power, when all she does is clearly abuse it. The receptionists are not friendly either. I recommend you avoid this place.
