Just taken my cat here for his first visit to them - absolutely brilliant. They made sure he was calm and settled before the appointment with a separate cat seating area, high shelf plus calming spray and towels to cover his crate - worked a treat and he settled down really quickly. The vet was lovely and very thorough. I joined the pet plan and they gave me his usual flea and wormer which were included, plus the vet also suggested microchipping Bobby (included in the plan) which had never even been suggested at our previous vets! This was carried out immediately and painlessly. The reception staff were really nice and very helpful. I'm really impressed with this practice and am very glad we moved to them.

On holiday in the area I needed some medication for my dog Rusty. I just walked into Vets4Pets and after explaining the situation the assistants there were very helpful and within 15 minutes I had the appropriate medication. As I holiday in this area monthly I will have no hesitation not only calling on them again but recommending them to others.

We are regular customers and have always received very helpful and good service from the whole team. The reception staff have a difficult job, but always welcome us and provide a good service. All staff are welcoming and we feel genuine care for our pets! The Vets and Nurses are supportive, as having a sick pet can be stressful! However, we have confidence that they are in good caring hands. Thank you!

Very happy with the service at New Milton Vets 4 Pets for our springer and sprocker. We see sometimes a nurse and nearly always the same vet who is knowledgeable and gave me very good advice and diagnosis on a recent visit for a hystimicia which proved correct.

Phoned in morning and my dog taken in a couple of hours later for stitch up operation. He is doing well and back to normal in days.

This would be no stars if it was an option. While on holiday our 16 year old Jack russell fell ill. We phoned the vets and although they had appointments would not see our dog as we didn't live locally and said he wasn't an emergency even though he was vomiting and clearly seriously ill in our opinion or we would not have been seeking help from a vet. I was told if he collapsed or was bleeding they would see him. I think it was because they would not profit from our visit as we were on holiday . Thankfully we found a vet, Fernhill at Bashley, who saw our dog and showed him and us nothing but kindness and compassion. I guess that's the difference between independent practices and the larger chains who have only profit making in their decisions. Would not use or recommend.
