We moved to New Milton in 2020 and Priory have looked after our 2 dogs including the horrible job to PTS our old dog. Lovely vet, nurses and desk staff

So glad we changed vets, we now feel supported 24 hours a day if necessary. Early days yet, as "Kevin" is just a kitten, but brilliant vets and staff have seen him through his early months.They are happy to answer questions and today I did have some questions for the vet at Highcliffe, which she answered fully and professionally, I didn't feel rushed. Spot on, re-assuring service. Thank you😊😊😊

A very bright and clean professional vet service,. As part of the Priory group I expected it to be good and it was plus a little. The receptionist really loved my dogs and was great even when one of them wet the desk. The vet I saw was young but very knowledgeable. I took three dogs each with different issues and he took it in his stride and my dogs were not bothered by him at all, a good sign. Small car park at rear or cheap pay and display next to the surgery. Very willing to use again.
