Lovely people. We were on holiday when we needed treatment for our dog, due to an accident, we were seen the same day by Sarah (the first visit) then unfortunately, a few days later, we needed to go back as our dog got poorly with colitis & again seen the same day by Emma. Cannot fault them. Very reasonably priced, compared to some vets! Everyone we saw were lovely & very friendly. If you are ever on holiday in the Lake District & you have a poorly dog, I cannot recommend them enough.

I had to use Rowcliffe Vets for an emergency with my dog out of hours and the service and care was absolutely faultless. We were away on holiday when we needed the vets for what would have been a fatal condition for my dog. Rowcliffes came to the rescue saving my dog and giving exceptional service and care for the few days we needed them. I would not hesitate to recommend them. I only wish you were closer to home! Thank you so much :)

Our dog Whinnie has colitis and unfortunately had a flare up whilst in holiday. A Sunday morning appointment was dealt with care and efficiency. We cannot praise this practice enough.First class thankyou.

On holiday in the beautiful Lake District from Somerset with our 2 retrievers. Cooper developed a nasty hot spot which turned him into an anxious and very stressed and agitated boy. I called Rowcliffe House who made us an appointment for the same morning. Lovely staff, very understanding and sympathetic with our poorly bear. I can't recommend highly enough and their attention a d treatment means we can enjoy the last couple of days in this stunning location, albeit no more water fun for our doggies but there's still lots of walks and wags on the agenda. Thank you so much to Rowcliffe House Vets.

Genuinely nice pet loving staff who can't do enough for us or our pooches. I heartily commend them to all. Their care and compassion helped greatly when we lost our beloved flat coat Louis.
