Outstanding care, my last practice shut, so needed urgently to find another, this is a proper old fashioned (in a good way) independent practice, there’s none of this style over substance, or pressuring you to take out pet plans or insurances like the practices who have joined corporate bodies do, and very good pricing compared to other practices, I have had the misfortune to attend. Definitely found our new vets for our 3 dogs. Would heartily recommend. ( attend Egremont surgery)

I visited this practice whilst on holiday with my dogs. My old springer was having balance issues and struggling to walk. I can’t thank them enough for the speed of fitting him in and the care and advice given during the appointment and subsequent follow up calls.

I visited West Lakeland Ergmont today as an emergency appointment, after my dog was injured while visiting the area on holiday. The staff were fantastic, we were seen straight away and my dog was treated and taken good care of. He is a very anxious dog and I felt I could trust the staff, during a stressful, worrying time. I was given a clear quote for the cost, and given the after care needed for his injury, as well as information to take away, so that my usual vet can follow up. A huge thank you to all staff.

Used them a long time brilliant and very helpful I have 6 dogs 2 cats and a horse at the moment and had many animals before this. Always trusted them with all my animals will come super quick for my accident prone horse. Always happy for a quick chat for some advice friendly and professional well worth getting registered with them. Been keeping animals happy and healthy for years
