Avoid! Been a customer for a few years with 4 cats - no complaints about routine care and nice staff. But... Recent dealings in relation to one of the cat's accident made me change my opinion. Misdiagnosis and attempted treatment; when that failed trying to convince me to euthanise the cat, I was afterwards being chased with a bill to pay, much higher that the estimate, with no clear explanation what I'm eventually being charged for. I raised a written concern with request to provide me with an itemised invoice and record of care provided, only to receive response several weeks later with poor excuses, after threatening with authorities. Although my main concerns have eventually been addressed, the practice admitted errors in invoicing and poor handling of suggestions for euthanasia. As a 'good will gesture' I have been offered to pay only the initially agreed amount - inability to honestly own shortcomings and mistakes, masking under a 'goodwill' towards customers is called audacity. Poor, arrogant and self-righteous communication is not a sign of a good business either. Save yourself stress and money, find a local vet, not associated with big corporations, you'll get much better service and much better value - for comparison care plan at Vets4Pets is £16.99 per month, local family owned vet practice offers the same routine care plan for £10. Plus they really do care about pets and their own reputation, so you'll at least get honesty as a minimum.

Over the past 9 years, our guinea pigs have been registered with Aberdeen Vets 4 Pets. Similar to every other pet owner, we have had happy and sad times with our gorgeous piggies. I can honestly say that we have all had first class treatment on each and every visit. All the vets are great. Dr Pauline has a special interest in guinea pigs and always takes her time in examining them when they are unwell. Guinea pigs are very good at hiding illness, but Pauline has a special way of noticing even the most subtle signs of illness. The nursing staff are amazing and have come to the rescue on several occasions when we have needed help. Natasha was so helpful last weekend when we couldn't get our poorly pig to take his medication, Reception team are very kind and helpful too. They do a fabulous job. Vets 4 Pets may not be the cheapest practice out there, but they really do care about the pets they care for, whether big or small.

I cannot thank the veterinary team enough for saving my dog’s life. My 12-year-old Yorkshire Terrier, Cooki, had a severe urinary blockage caused by stones, and the situation was very serious. Pauline was our first point of contact, and from the very beginning she was incredibly kind, professional, and reassuring. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure Cooki was in safe hands. The surgery, which included a urethrostomy and neutering, was handled with great care and expertise. The procedure was successful, and Cooki is now recovering well. Throughout this stressful time, the compassion, patience, and dedication shown by the entire veterinary team gave me confidence and peace of mind. I am extremely grateful for the outstanding care and professionalism we received. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for exceptional veterinary care for their pet.

Alexa and Ruby on the reception were very friendly and welcoming. It was our first visit to this vets and we couldn’t have been happier with the service we got from the reception to the vet. Also great value for money as Alexa helped me sign up to the pet health care plan for our kitten Salem.

All of the staff were outstanding! So helpful and willing to answer all questions with smiles on their faces. As a first time puppy owner, they all made this experience comfortable and eased all our worries. Otto enjoyed all the love and attention he got too which is a huge plus! You can tell these people love animals ❤️
