Twice we used these for daughters pup once he had micro chip fitted next morning found it on his bed wasn’t inserted fully in neck so put it in again in lower in back . 2nd time he was 12mths old had spuds removed for only months later he was mounting our older female dog looked & he still had balls. I called said they would get main vet to call back no return call so I called back days later to be told bring him if your concerned but will be charge what I find is a joke when she payed hundreds to have him done the 1st time . Won’t use again avoids at all costs

One of the worst vets i have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. My frenchie was prescribed and i was told to use ear drops for her by one vet, then the next vet i saw said she shouldnt have any moisture in her ears due to infection????. The last vet I saw, at Spilsby looked about 10, she could barely speak or understand English. She had to keep leaving the room to ask another vets opinion. I explained to her that my baby was not keeping food down and was being sick constantly. I explained that he had a boas operation in the past. She did not know what a boas operation was, I had to tell her. She then took photos on her phone of his mouth, I again told her there was nothing wrong with his mouth but she did not understand what I was saying. I was charged 36.00 ( for absolutely nothing) and I was told someone would call me back once the vet had finished doing whatever he was doing. I never got a call, we had to call them. I was so upset I ended up going to Fenwold vets in mablethorpe, who diagnosed straight away what the problem was, and unfortunately, we had to have our beautiful boy put to sleep. My baby suffered due to Aldervales complete lack of knowledge and incompetence. Shame on you Aldervale, you are not a caring practice at all, I do not recommend this practice to anyone and never will.

We mostly manage to get a quick appointment when required. There record keeping is always outstanding. We have never had a pet frightened of going there or being handled. They listen to us as owners. Not only our visual reference to the animal in question but the level of our anxiety. For a company with all the surgeries and veterinarians this is outstanding. We have faith inn them. Nothing more we can add really. The picture is one of our pets and the latest to our household. He is a complete Muppet but we love him.

Great vets. Always there when you need them. Always access to a vet at one of the branches (although you may have to travel) or at their animal hospital. Emergency vet available 24 hours. They can even provide transport for your pet from your nearest branch to receive treatment, and back again at no charge. Prices are also very fair.

I have been taking my pets there for years, although I am a young owner unlike any other clinics they have always communicated with me as a human and not incompetent. Their prices are amazing and so is their care and compassion for any pets. My cat nacho had two surgeries due to a hernia and they was always so kind and polite. Best vets I have ever been to hands down.
