We were away on holiday when our Labrador developed a hot spot which required urgent treatment. Lisa the receptionist was so kind and very considerate, she slotted us in that day to see the vet Mr Freddie Jones who was very thorough and efficient. We are so very thankful for there prompt service. Freddie's hot spot is drying up very well🥰 We would thoroughly recommend this caring veterinary practice. Tracey Reed and Freddie our Labrador.

Brilliant. Appointments are difficult to obtain either in Presteigne or in kington. All appointment slots are normally gone by 9.30 am. Unless you are very lucky and you manage to obtain an appointment for the morning. Staff and vets are friendly and helpful. Very caring to animals. Costs can be quite expensive, but they become the norm. I can't complain as they have helped when I have needed them for my dog, and they have sorted him well. Thank you, Arrowfield, for your care to gnash when he was in need.

We switched to Arrowfield after a bad experience at another vets. So happy we did. Care is embedded in everything they do, they are transparent with costs, professional and more importantly kind. Thank you for taking care of our pet!

Great experience at the Presteigne branch last week. Relaxed, friendly and efficient service despite clearly being very busy and having to cope with all the pressures of social distancing. Vet Megan's care for my dog was superb: clear communication and advice - she was much improved within hours. Lovely receptionist too.

New to the area so first visit for our Dog to the Presteigne site for general flea/worming but also for recent ear/eye issues. Really impressed with all the vets he's seen while having treatment. Very thorough and informative. Very pleasant vets, receptionist very efficient with a lovely manner towards all.
