Excellent! Kind, respectful & professional. We had to have our dog put to sleep today, the kind & professional way that we were treated really helped us through a tough ordeal. Can't recommend enough. Thankyou .... especially Toby, he was really great with us & our dog. Also extremely well priced ( less than half of what we were quoted by our old vets ). Thankyou again Hafren. 🤍

I brought my pet for an emergency appointment whilst holidaying in the area and the team were brilliant - they registered us and we were onsite for an appointment within half hour. Vet was very patient with my dog who doesn’t like going to the vets. Highly recommend

Amazing. Had a dog that was poorly while on holiday - from the initial call to being treated was 90 mins and they were brilliant with our dog
