STAY CLEAR, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS VETS!!!! My dog has had on going issues since going to this vets. My Dog was refused treatment by Duncan at this vets yesterday, Was told i was need to pay for treatment that day or they would keep my dog until i was able to pay for treatment. Explained i didnt get paid til the end of the month but was still refused, Also told it wasnt life threatening but had to get an emergency appointment at the pdsa in Glasgow and was told by them that my dog was swallowing the poison that was gathered up in her mouth & could of been fatal, This man is supposed to care for the sick animals but the attitude and lack of care given yesterday was appalling. will not be taking my pets here again.

Staff were lovely. Vet spent alot of time with my puppy and answering all my question and as a first time dog owner there was plenty. Receptionist was friendly and informative about health plan and what it entails
