Caring and Informative Veterinary Support I recently had to take my Yorkie, Buster, to Castle Vets after he injured his back leg jumping from somewhere he definitely shouldn’t have. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were friendly, welcoming, and reassuring, which helped ease the worry. The vet took time to explain the likely issue clearly, talked through the available options, and advised an appropriate treatment plan along with medication. I appreciated being able to ask questions freely and receiving informative answers without ever feeling rushed or dismissed. Overall, the appointment felt professional, caring, and thorough, and I left feeling much more reassured about Buster’s care and recovery.

Every member of staff are so welcoming and friendly. Vets easy to talk too and very thorough with my dog. Great place highly recommended xx

The staff are so pleasant & welcoming from answering the phone to the greetings in reception. I have been using this veterinary practice for years and my dog Oscar runs in to see them. The Vets are very knowledgeable and thorough and I leave the practice knowing that Oscar has received the best care. Also a big shout out to Veteterinarian Phabian who has cared so much for our dogs over the years. Thank you 👏

Very satisfied that our cat is getting the best care. He had to be admitted for four nights and the vets and nurses were in frequent touch, so we always felt informed and that he was in good, attentive hands.

Although I have had sad experiences here like my dog being put down being told my cat had died it is a great place to check up on animals. The service is friendly!

Alice had her 1st vaccine MicroChip and health check. The Staff and vets go out of their way to make you and your animals feel comfortable. I have horses, dogs , goat and cat all treated by them over 35 years . Excellent service in emergencies too .

Had a very thorough examination for my puppy and very professional experience for her. Recommendation for treatment and medication. I intend to book her in for surgery soon. Have every confidence she will be well looked after.
