This vetinary practice is the best for personal friendly people. Our very sick cat was given a good return to a comfortable life with their help.

Alex and his team are simply exceptional. After three long years of trying to secure a diagnosis for my dog's lameness with a number of apparent top UK veterinary specialists (which I will leave unnamed), Alex identified my dog's problem at our first consultation. The treatment plan and patience we have received is unparalleled. Alex and his team really care about animals...and their owners - profit is not their sole focus as it appears to be with other specialist vets. Their pioneering treatments, kindness and professionalism have been life changing for me and my sheltie. Thank you Alex, Alison, Hannah and the team - we love you all.

I highly recommend Chiltern referrals. We've been taking our French Bulldog Barney there for his allergies. Thanks to Carly we now know the causes and are doing well to keep him settled. I must say ALL the staff are fantastic, so kind and helpful and it's much appreciated.

After my girl had a bodge surgery from another VET, Chiltern took on her case and are amazing, still a way to go with her recovery but what has been done so far i can not fault, highly recommend :-)

Very friendly and caring staff. Looked after our puppy who at 4 months old broke her knee cap running in from the garden. We were referred to Alex and his team by our vet who said Alex was the best in his field to perform such complex and difficult surgery on such a young pup, as her bones hadn't fully developed and were very soft. Heidi is now recovering well and post surgery all is looking better than we dared hope for. We are still under Alex and his team, next step is hydrotherapy and physio. We can't thank them enough for the excellent care they have given our girl! Heidi has now been discharged and we are looking at hydrotherapy now to continue to build the muscles in her leg and to help her become more confident in using it fully.

My dog Murphy had his cruciate ligament repaired by Alex Lai a few months ago. I cannot tell you how impressed I was with the care we both received. The nurses were so amazingly kind. I was far more worried than Murphy but the staff really put me at ease. Murphy breezed through his op and made a completely full recovery within 12 weeks thanks to Alex who is unbelievably skilled. The fact that Murphy still enjoys visiting the Practice speaks volumes. I cannot recommend Alex, and the nurses highly enough. Thank you all.
