Took our cat in for a skin complaint on the face and ears. The antibiotics prescribed did the job in 2 weeks. However, the vet was the least friendly or interactive, I've ever come across. He decided the cat needed a flea treatment even though his white fur was clean when checked. This wasn't in stock so they said they would order it. So paid for everything else and left. Got a text next week that it had come in, but due to building work and the fact the cat was fully healed, never went back for the flea treatment. Fast forward a month and we get two debt collection letters dated 5 days old, saying we had 6 days to pay! Only in this letter were we told the cost of the treatment and had no other reminder. This is a disgusting way to jump on people with threatening letters soo quick. After a weekend of worrying, we spoke to a friendly receptionist Chelsea who sorted it all by cancelling the treatment and the demand for money (hopefully). I got the impression this was not the first time this aggressive letter had been sent. We won't be using this vet again and will go that bit further to the lovely Manor Vets.

Really impressed with our first visit (18/04/23) – Amy (the Vet) was really great with Saffy (our Cat), who had to be sedated last time she went to a Vets. Amy was really considerate and Saffy remained calm so no need to sedation. Amy listened to what we said, explored different treatment options and costs and came up with a treatment plan that works well. Very happy to sign up and return to be honest. Would recommend for sure.

Excellent vets, can't recommend enough. We've had some bad experiences with vets over the past few years and finally found a practice we can trust. Professional and considerate. Last week we had to say goodbye to my old boy which has been heartbreaking but the team were so lovely through the whole process and compassionate. Thank you!

Such a fabulous practice. Staff are very caring, knowledgeable and love your pets like their own. We had an emergency and I raced down there, no appointment and our Rabbit was seen in seconds. Thank you so much. They look after our other two both have had surgery no problems. At all. I highly recommend this practice.

Yesterday Merryn was spayed and we can't thank Will and the team at Rubery enough for taking such excellent care of her. We were especially anxious after losing a young dog last year and they really helped us as well as her. I know we aren't alone as family members have also had really positive experiences with the other surgeries in the group. Just a couple of hours after getting home she was enjoying the evening sun and then settling to sleep with her pal - Orla - even if separated for the night by a gate!!
