David is a wonderful example of an unfortunately dying breed, and independent vet who actually tries to save you money with honest and down to earth advice. Couldn't recommend him enough for genuine pet owners.

I have 7 dogs registered with David at the moment. I find him very trustworthy. He's has years of experience & knows what he's talking about. I wouldn't dream of using another vet.

I’ve been using David for many years with my pets, cats, dogs and African Pygmy Hedgehog. He’s absolutely amazing - he will do anything and try anything to help the animal in need, some of the stuff he’s done for my pets has simply been amazing! And he’s not all about the money either like some vets - I’ve only ever used 2 other vets when it’s been emergency’s and both times the experiences have been appalling! Never had any issues with the ladies in reception, always been very accomadating and helpful. But never had a bad experience once with David. Thank you for everything so far.

Booked my 10month old cocker spaniel in to be Neutered, my mother in law was greeted by a rude receptionist upon arrival, and was told they are very busy. Couple of hours later recieved a phone call saying our dog was extremely aggresive (total BS), and they cant hold him down for sedation, 10m old cocker, not a Bull Mastiff? So phoned David personally and was basically fobbed off and told hes too much for him as hes short staffed and cant hold him down… what a joke of a vets. He told me id have to find another Vets because he cant deal with him, never heard out like it. Still had the cheek to charge me £36.50 when we picked him up. Avoid this place its a SHAMBLES.

This practise is disgusting! I rang up yesterday to ask about prices for euthanasia and cremation for my dog as unfortunately i couldn't afford to take her to her vets! There was no issues to the lady I spoke to yesterday morning! When I rang up a couple of hours later to double check everything prices and the individual cremation, It was a different lady I spoke to and she was very snotty! She asked me "well why isn't she going to her own vets" and told me that the other girl didn't know it was going to potentially be an issue to bring my dog there as they didn't do it for someone who wasn't a client! It was a difficult decision I had to make with my first dog of 15 years! Let alone to be spoken to like trash! I wasnt going to ring them to let them know something had been sorted as why would i want to after being spoken to like that but my partner told me to ring just to let them know!! But even when I rang them up to say that I'm taking her somewhere else I was given snottiness of "Right okay" Absolutely no need! Thank God I've never needed this practise and I certainly never will!!
