Highly recommend this vets they are honest genuine and totally care more for the pets. Took my Fonzi who had previously been told had heart mumour and bad teeth from a previous vets who cared more for profit than pets and they wrongly diagnosed him and now since I have come to this Vetcare he is happy, healthy and bouncing.

Rang at 9am for an emergency appointment, was offered an appointment within an hour. Arrived and was seen within a few minutes. I have a very anxious dog who had damaged his dewclaw and was in a lot of pain - Bethany at the Hindley practice was incredibly nurturing and relaxed my dog so he was at ease when having his claw removed. She listened to my concerns about him having the procedure with him being extremely anxious and put us all at ease, including Barney. He was back with us 5 minutes later after the procedure. The reception staff were also lovely! Thanks for a great experience - as an anxious dog owner this means more than you could imagine :-)

Our beloved 14 year old dog was taken in for routine blood tests as she has Cushings. 3 days later we were Horrified at the state of her chest where she'd been clipped. It was savage red with green Pus all over. Took her to Leigh branch on Tuesday & she was given a course of antibiotics & antibiotic cream & it's now finally improving a little day by day. They tried to concoct every reason why this happened except accepting full responsibility for it. Yes I did raise my voice in the surgery, I was very upset, emotional & angry that this had happened to our baby. There is one thing I did NOT do is use abusive language that is a terrible BARE FACED LIE which they have used to end Lucy Lou being a patient of theirs. They didn't need to do as I would Never Ever take her to them again, how dare they inflict such pain & suffering on a poor elderly dog who had already suffered as a badly abused 3 old when we adopted her 11 years ago. We took this terrified dog with so many injuries & loved her back to trusting again, she is the light of our lives & it's been heartbreaking what she's had to go through. Unfortunately I can't show the photos I took on here but they'll be on Facebook in the next couple or days.

My dog was very poorly and we had actually gone to put her to sleep but Gordon had other ideas. My dog a week later is full of energy and back to herself. We are so grateful and will highly recommend the whole services they provide. Thankyou so much from all the Horrocks xx

What an amazing Vets. We were so pleased with the care and treatment our dog Ben received. He is an extremely anxious terrier when it comes to vets, but everyone made Ben feel so welcomed and calmer and he was amazing. He was treated with the utmost care and compassion as if he was their own pet. Every pet that came in was made to feel special. Amazing people. We have only moved to the Wigan area a few months ago, but I am sooo glad we found the right Vetenary Surgery for our Ben. The prices are extremely reasonable too. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You.
