The most amazing Vet practice EVER! Starting from the front desk to nurses and vets, everyone is simply extraordinary! I have no words to describe the care and compassion these people offer to every animal that comes through the door. I come here mainly with my rescued lizards which have long term health issues, but recently I have come with the odd pigeon. Let me tell you, pet or not it doesnt matter. All animals get treated with love. Top marks for Rachel and Laura. You are so amazing! Thank you so much for everything ❤️

We've recently moved to East Barnet Vets and I couldn't be happier with the service and care we have received so far. In the last few months we have had 4 appointments and every staff member has been absolutely brilliant with our Elderly cat. Really efficient and taking the time to go through every detail, even when they are having a busy day. They are very gentle and take extra precautions to ensure our cat is comfortable and as happy as possible. Very quick and easy to make appointments and the receptionists are very helpful and friendly. Also very fair and reasonable pricing. I'm so happy we made the move from our last vets who were definitely overcharging us. I highly recommend coming here, they are the best vets we could wish for and I'm so grateful to all of the staff here.

Thank you to this practice that looked after my cat, Max, even though he can be difficult when he gets agitated. The vet was very patient and loving towards Max and really helped him feel comfortable and back to his old self. Very much appreciated.

Very pleased with Rachel the vet for my bunny, however one particular receptionist is rude as hell, telling me she doesn't care about my situation with my disabled son. Said its not her problem, and on calling to ask how he was doing this morning, as he stayed over, i was firstly told the wrong information, so left in tears, then asked again, and was told you want another update??? Rudely You are dealing with our babies, and you need to show some level of care and compasion for those bringing money in to your practice. Disgusting how many complaints about reception staff, and nothing changes. This definitely is not acceptable.

Sadly, we had to say goodbye to our senior cat last week. Thank you to all the team for the professional care provided to our pet over the years. A heartfelt special mention to Em for her kindness and understanding throughout and her genuine compassion to us at such a difficult time.

The care our dog received from Maureen and Em was excellent, with Em going above and beyond by staying out of hours to try to get the best outcome. They both explained things clearly, answered our many questions and were professional but compassionate throughout. We also felt the costs were very reasonable compared to other practices we've previously used.

There is not words to express what a wonderful team at East Barnet Vet. Dr Rachel was absolutely amazing and I couldn’t be more thankful for her incredible, loving care. My little old cat titi had a hard time recovering from teeth surgery, Dr Rachel and the whole team helped us in every way possible. They are an incredible team, providing the best care and very far prices. They are perfect. I just have to say, THANK YOU SO MUCH ❤️ five stars is not enough! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
