Our clinic is located in the charming town of York, where we offer a wide range of veterinary services and facilities, including consultations, vaccinations, preventative care, diagnostics, surgery, hospitalisation, and much more. We understand that taking your pet to the vet can be stressful, and therefore we strive to make your experience with us a pleasant one. Our staff consists of a team of qualified veterinary surgeons and nurses who are always ready to provide you with compassionate and helpful advice on pet health care. You can be confident that your pet will be in good hands at Green Vets.

Our practice is open from Monday to Saturday, with extended opening hours to accommodate your busy schedule. On weekdays, we open at 8 am and close at 6 pm, while on Saturdays, we open at 9 am and close at 1 pm. We are closed on Sundays to give our staff the opportunity to rest and recharge.

Our veterinary surgeons are Mr Robert Douwes and Mrs Anne Tribak-Busch, both certified members of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (MRCVS) and directors of the practice. They have years of experience in providing veterinary care and will work with you to keep your pet healthy and happy.

Our veterinary nurses are Mrs Nena Armistead, Ms Helena Dewhurst, and Miss Jenny Panton. They are all registered veterinary nurses (RVN) with diverse backgrounds and expertise, ready to offer you top-notch advice and assistance.

Our clinic offers numerous facilities to enhance your experience, such as wheelchair-accessible premises, client parking, and weekend appointments to suit your schedule.
