My cat Elvis was clipped by a car & the vets saw him straight away.They are very friendly & caring & looked after Elvis so well.Whenever we go we get exceptionally service.I would totally recommend these amazing women.

I am incredibly disappointed by my recent experience with this practice. To be clear, this review does not refer to anything regarding the medical care provided to my cat. My issue lies with the practice's conduct following her passing. Yesterday (nearly four weeks later) I received a phone call demanding a consultation fee that they had failed to charge me at the time. The tone of the call was appalling and accusatory; I felt as though I was being reprimanded for a payment error that was entirely their own administrative mistake. In reality, I had paid the full £156 presented to me at the desk and even stood outside the practice (in full view of the reception team) for a further 10 minutes awaiting transport. When I emailed to clarify the additional charge (with a scan of the receipt), the practice claimed I had left 'in urgency' to go to the emergency vets before the fee could be added. This is a complete misrepresentation of the day's events. I took my cat home and her condition worsened over a few hours, at which point I sought emergency care. Their refusal to acknowledge such a clear internal error and the following misrepresentation of events is disappointing, as it seems the practice have prioritised deflecting blame over supporting a customer. If they had contacted me and just apologised for their oversight I would have been far less upset. Whilst I have made the payment, I have lost all confidence in this practice and will absolutely not be using them in the future. Tower Vets: I do not want a generic response to this review claiming that you 'take feedback seriously'. I consider this matter closed and do not wish for further contact.

Very good, the vet gave Daisy a good check over and was very gentle with her. Giving her treats to distract her and make it less stressful

We have been with Tower Vets for 10 years now. Stan loves them his favorite Vet Is Nigel he tends to kiss him after vaccination. Great place . 👌 Stan gives them a 10 !!

My dog loves coming here- he loves the smells and would like to scrap with any other animal that may enter the waiting room. Same vetinary nursing staff have worked here for a long time so that says a lot and always cheerful - the younger newer vets are great too

Got registered over the phone on the day I became concerned with my cats health, the vet saw him the very same day and was kind giving the bad news. The next week the girls on reception were extremely helpful and mindful when I brought him in to be cremated, again on the same day I called. The whole team was quick to help and we couldn't be more satisfied with the care my pet was given here.
