Have been to this Vet Practise since 2013, with 7 guinea pigs (in guinea Pigs Heaven now ) and now with 5 cats. Grant and Helen and the rest of the vets and nurses have been excellent with our pets Guinea pigs and cats. Very Highly recommended.

Hunters Lodge Vets are such a loving and caring Vets that we couldn’t recommend more highly to any owners on the search for a new Vet. We’ve been with Hunters for over 8 years with our Labrador who has had a series of complicated health conditions. All the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming; knowing us and our Lab on first name basis. A big thank you to all the team for their loyal service and commitment to both their patients and their owners. A rare establishment which comes highly recommended! A***

Been with Hunters lodge in Guildford for years, they are friendly folk and lovely with my dogs. I have always had excellent professional advice and value that they are an independent practice. Thank you for all your support in the good and the bad times.

I have been with Hunters Lodge vets since 2021 with my beautiful staffie Mia. They are just the best really, everyone is so kind, thoughtful and amazing at what they do. I can honestly say I have not ever had a bad experience there, just kindness, very efficient and the nicest people, all of them are so nice and I truly could not recommend them any higher than I do, they are independent which is amazing and they are just wonderful! Thank you!

Update: I’ve been taking my 4 cats here for the past year. I can trust every single vet at this practice to do the right thing for my cats. As a vet student I’m very lucky and critical of my pets healthcare but with this practice I’ve been happy so far :) I brought my cat here today and Dr Stephens identified acute kidney failure and acted straight away. I really respect the fact she didn’t flinch and she came up with a plan for my cat. Some vets may have been overwhelmed by the situation of a new patient coming in with missing history but not this vet. She is a fantastic vet and her team are extraordinary in dealing with a really upsetting and life threatening issue. I dread to imagine what could have happened during the weekend to her if I had not taken her to Hunters Lodge.

Condescending staff. Badly trained receptionist. Exorbitant missed appointment fee. Unprofessional (refused to treat family members pet after I took my own business elsewhere where). I live locally and will travel for better care would suggest you do to. Your pet deserves better....edit the response from the practice is disengenuous..I paid for the appointment in advance,so no revenue was lost, the receptionist asked for £44 and I negotiated £22 which I paid

Excellent service! While I lived in Guildford they took care of my cat's checkup and vaccines. When we left UK they help us with all the paperwork and filled up the Export Health Certificate which we used to move our cat abroad smoothly. They are Official Vet so they can help you with transporting your pet anywhere in the world.

A lovely practise with very caring staff. All the vets are great and all the nurses are great. Particular shout out to Jocelyn who is such a kind and caring voice to hear on the phone when you're going through a bit of a stressful time with a sick pet. She just genuinely cares and is a good egg.

Helen is very patient with the patients and the owners!! and everyone treats your pet like their own.All so friendly and kind . As I have a very sensitive stressy dog I was allowed to take her straight in and stay with her till she fell asleep after her pre op jab. It's independent not part of a chain so think it makes a difference .
