The team at Kentdale were efficient, highly professional, kind and caring and we had complete confidence in them. The whole process from referral, through diagnosis, surgery, aftercare and discharge was seamless and at all stages we were reassured that our dog’s best interest and wellbeing was a priority. We were seen at short notice and surgery followed swiftly from the CT scan. This was very much appreciated, given that we were 300 miles from home. We are now home, everything is going well. Such a relief!

Kentdale is an excellent place to have been referred with Finn , he was in the most professional and kindest hands from walking in the door , after our consultation I was never in any doubt that he would be well cared for and receive the best of care , now at home and recovering from spinal surgery. In November 2025, our Romanian rescue dog Nancy was referred to Kentdale after suddenly losing use of her back legs. Kentdale acted very quickly from receiving the referral, getting her an admitted and performing scans all within one day. She had a slipped disc and surgery was performed the morning after the referral was received. We could not be more grateful for the care our girl received, from every single member of staff we interacted with. We were absolutely heartbroken and were told she would have a 50/50 chance of not being able to walk again as she had completely lost feeling/use of her back legs. Thankfully, she pulled through and is recovering very well. We would 100% recommend them to anyone!

Our dog Betty received excellent care at Kentdale. We were kept informed during the day she was there, firstly having a CT scan which then resulted in an operation. I would not hesitate in recommending Kentdale to other pet owners. This is the second time we have used your services with our pets. Thank you.

Thank you so much for all you did for Ava we where heartbroken 💔when she ended up paralysed on the 18th of December, leaving her to have spine surgery was so hard for my husband and myself we where both in bits 😭,but we needn’t of been as everyone took excellent care of her and jumped to her every whim🤣🐶 she is our Sassy lass and doesn’t like being alone and she let you all know 😂 and you made sure she was comfortable and happy in your office 🤣with you all, It’s been 4 weeks since her op and she is making progress slowly but we are so grateful for everything you have done and for reassuring us she was ok it’s now time for Ava to do the hard work and get those legs going 😍 your all Angels thank you so much 😘🐶🙏

This is the best vets you will find. This is the second time my sausage dog has had spinal surgery here for IVDD and their professionalism, care and support is uncontested! I couldn’t recommend them enough xx

After initial diagnosis of patella luxating in both back legs' our vet referred us to Kentdale referrals. After a quick and thorough assessment our Patterdale was immediately booked in for Bilateral surgery. The healing process has been long, But the staff have been fantastic throughout Beans surgery and subsequent aftercare. Totally recommended for great treatment and care. Although great treatment and care is not cheap.
