Our Yorkshire terrier needed dental treatment which required the removal of several teeth. The pre-op with Colin on the morning of the operation eased our anxiety and we knew then that our little dog was in safe hands. When we went to collect her it was explained clearly and concisely on what they had done and what we had to do for aftercare. We would like to thank Colin, Catherine and the team for taking good care of our little dog, Tuppence.

Our dog went in for surgery here as his testes hadn't descended and everything went really well, despite a complication meaning an extra incision had to be made. All the staff I spoke to were lovely and my dog was clearly well looked after while he was with them. They went through everything I needed to know before I left him in the morning and then through all the post-op with me when I picked him up. They're not my local vets but I would happily come back and trust them with my dog again if my vet was closed for whatever reason.

I did an online chat on a Sunday, trying to get an appointment for the Monday, because my little Dog had a poorly tummy. I was literally invited to attend a consultation at Lancaster ,THAT morning. I accepted, after I asked if it was going to cost me and arm and a leg , because it was a weekend. It was a little extra, about a tenner. We attended and given such good advice regarding diet, after a couple of injections, by the lady Vet. She advised Sweet potato and scrambled egg for our pooch, Initially . Surprisingly, to me, it worked a treat and my dog loved it. He's better now. Thankyou Bay Vets. Excellent advice and service. I haven't always been with Bay Vets, I was with another Vets in Kendal for 20yrs, but since Bay Vets moved down park road, Milnthorpe, it seemed the right decision, since I live in Milnthorpe, it was the right decision for me. Great advice and excellent service.

I recently lost my little dog Max and couldn’t have got through without Ellie Vicky and Alyson from the practice. These ladies are so compassionate and genuinely care about the pets and their owners. They are amazing and I’m so very grateful to them. ❤️

This veterinary practice is efficient and friendly. Recently we had to have our cat euthanised. This was an extremely painful goodbye for us. The vet and members of the team, which included the receptionist, gave us emotional support on the spot, even though they are obviously used to such sad and difficult occasions. Thank-you for your care, concern and professionalism. The A team 🙂
