If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! ⭐️ Our Labradoodle was neutered here yesterday, and the care he received from Veterinary Nurse Emmie and Vet Sonia was absolutely exceptional. From start to finish they were caring, friendly, informative, and went above and beyond to make sure both our dog and we felt comfortable and reassured. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions, and treated our dog with genuine kindness and compassion. He is now recovering really well, is comfortable, and seems to be doing brilliantly after his procedure. What impressed me even more was seeing the team’s kindness extend beyond their veterinary duties. While we were there, they helped an elderly gentleman who had suffered a fall, calling the paramedics, making him a cup of tea, and staying with him until the ambulance arrived. It was a wonderful example of the level of care and compassion they show to everyone who walks through their doors. We were so impressed by the service that we will be transferring our Labradoodle’s regular veterinary care here for all future visits. Thank you, Emmie and Sonia for your outstanding care.

Sonia and Emmy where incredible. After a very last minute walk in, they were both brilliant in giving my dog the very best treatment. Wouldn't take our dogs anywhere else. 5*

Little Hoppers Headcorn Exceptional service and care, with skilled supportive staff who go the extra mile. Our dog was extremely anxious, but the patient, kind approach was so very effective. Outstanding team, highly recommend, with very fair pricing. Vets you can trust.

Both the vet and the receptionists went above and beyond with their care and helpfulness. You can tell that they really do care about animals. I was so satisfied with the service, I couldn't possibly find a fault in it. Also, very very cheap for the the medication and advice I was given. I was expecting around a £300 bill. When I paid, it was £101! Thank you so much ladies. Tom and Bonnie.
