Our large dog had tplo surgery here and the staff were absolutely fantastic. Made to feel so at ease and despite the surgery our dog loves visiting.

I'm such a shy and anxious man, but the entire team in the Chard branch *always* does a good job of calming my/our nerves whenever the feline grrrls and I visit. They treat both animals and humans with incredible care, and you couldn't ask for a better more informed vet. 👏😇 Minster are experienced, kind, and a friend to all creatures great and small. The receptionist and vet were brilliant put our 9 week old puppy at ease very quickly as he is a little nervous and not used to many people yet. Would highly recommend .

The best in chard, very down to earth and knowledgeable, they never push you to have unnecessary things done ' just incase' like other vets. Never ask have you got insurance first so they can get more money from you. Spend extra time with you of needed and don't feel rushed.
