I can’t thank the team at this veterinary practice enough for the care they gave my dog during their recent dental surgery. From the initial consultation through to the procedure and aftercare, the staff were kind, professional, and incredibly reassuring. They took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated, and treated my dog with such genuine compassion. It’s never easy leaving your pet for surgery, but knowing they were in such capable hands made all the difference. My dog is recovering well, and I’m so grateful for the excellent treatment and support we received. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone looking for a vet who truly cares about both pets and their owners.

I bought my dog to see Lauren for a groom, he came out smelling and looking like a brand new dog! I love how excited he is to see her and have his pamper! Lauren’s always done such a good job with him.

I’m so disappointed and upset. Quite possibly the least compassionate vets I have ever been to. When my dog was seen for his end of life care, they expected me to pay immediately and text and called immediately, demanding payment as this was their policy. When I confronted them about this, asking for some compassion as I was obviously deeply upset. I was told they will not tolerate my aggressive behaviour. Absolutely disgusting. The only reason I would give one star is because the vet surgeons were actually quite amazing, it’s just a shame about the rest of the staff. As a nurse, I wouldn’t be able to treat peoples families this way and I am shocked they have behaved this way.

Appointment on time, vet nice with Sandy 🐶. Thorough checkup now awaiting blood and biopsy results - phoned 9am yesterday told a vet would call me back, no call, chased at 5-45pm, no record of me calling at 9am? Results in but No one can confirm results - reception could nt help. Left worried if Sandy is OK, not impressed at all at the moment- told vet not back until Wednesday now 😔😟😔😟😔

Absolutely lovely vets. We have found the staff to be really lovely supportive and helpful. I've had to rearrange some appointments for the pup and they were more than happy to help and facilitate what they could. There is a decent sized car park and a pet store there as well. We are really happy with them.
