Lovely reception team, lovely vets, they’re all caring, I’ve never known my dogs to scream to get INTO the vets because they’re that excited to see all the team!!

I have seen several different vets here. They all seem to add extras without mentioning the price. I always go away thinking the bill isn’t correct so I asked for an itemised bill this time and sure enough it wasn’t correct. They apologised and refunded but I’m now wondering how many other bills weren’t correct. I was charged £25 for about a 5 second look at one of my dogs.

Tyson our tiny Chihuahua cross came in for surgery with Caroline yesterday. She is amazing! So professional and caring. He is recovering well. Ebony cared for him afterwards and went above and beyond to ensure that all of his needs were met. She is fantastic and very professional. All of the team are amazing and the girls on reception are so lovely. We have used this practice for over 11 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. 5 star ⭐ service: All staff are 100% dedicated to ensuring that the welfare of every animal is met in a meticulous and efficient manner.

Great vet practice. Were really helpful in diagnosing my cat with hyperthyroidism and providing support with my chosen treatment. I called up today for help with my rabbit and was booked in for a same day appt. The nurse (Anna) was excellent. Very understanding of the situation and was so lovely with Penny (my rabbit). Reception team were also lovely. Thank you so much :)

Always incredible service. Very caring, professional & friendly. The staff really take the time to discuss issues, treatments, care & prices! Our dog runs in to see the staff, he loves it! I would highly recommend Northwich Vets to anyone seeking great care for their furbabies!

We very sadly had to have our elderly dog put to sleep. I can honestly say that the staff here were all so lovely and helpful, and the lady vet was absolutely lovely with our elderly dog, and treated her with love, care and attention. Also, she considered our needs, and we were looked after too. Would absolutely recommend this vets . We have been going here for a few years and have been here on happier times, and our dogs have always been treated well as have we! Fairly priced, great vets, 10/10

Always friendly staff!We travelling from Winsford when my dog need Vets.The entire Team is incredibly compassionate and patient .They always have time to explain everything clearly and never rush us.I feel confident knowing my dog are in such skilled and Loving hands.Highly recommended to everyone who looking for a trustworthy Vet.
