My dog was let down badly by vets4pets and was allowed to do home to suffer over the weekend as she was dying. Their advice was she won’t last the weekend so enjoy your time with her?! What?! She had cancer of the liver and was full of fluids and she took a turn for the worst and we rushed her to Willows and I told my son to say goodbye as we thought it was the last time we would see her. They seen how happy she was and wagging her tail and she drained her stomach and gave her end of life medication. We had another two whole weeks with her! They then came to our home and put my sweet dog to sleep, traumatic yes but she hated the car and she was tired. She passed at home where she was loved. Thank you for your professionalism, care and kindness during a very difficult time.

After a particularly stressful start getting one of my cats in his carrier, our visit to Willows was brilliant. The vet and receptionist were so helpful and knowledable and definitely went above and beyond. One of our cats had been stressed and urinated in his carrier. The vet was so kind, cleaned the tray and gave me a bag for his cushion and a puppy pad for the carrier. I really really appreciated it.

We’ve been going to this practice for many, many years. Willows is a lovely, friendly caring practice. The vets are exemplary - skilled, kind, knowledgeable and empathetic. The company needs to pay them inline with other 5 star vets, if you wish to retain staff and your solid customer base.

I have used Willows for past 6 years attending for dog's vaccinations. Great atmosphere. Always efficient response from admin staff. I was able talk about costs of treatment. Vet found best treatment deal for my dog's complaint. Definately returning again when necessary.

Very friendly and helpful reception staff, and I was acknowledged quickly then politely directed to the correct waiting area. Almost immediately, the Vet came out and called Finn in, for his 12 month check and annual vaccination and everything was easily completed. We agreed Finn could have his kennel cough treatment a couple of weeks early too, to save another trip back - top marks from Finn as usual - thank you!
