Great practice - all the staff are kind and caring and my dog loves visiting them, especially when she gets a fuss and biscuit from the reception staff! We moved from a different vet where her health was mismanaged and she became extremely ill. I don't think my dog would still be here if I'd not taken her to Jeff and Andy. As it is, she's back to leaping around like a puppy!

I have recently joined the practice couple months ago due to previous practice were not helpful. This practice have given me reassurance love care and ensuring the best outcome for my dog. Not jumping to the big word surgery and looking into different treatments to help with my dog. Can’t thank the practice and Jeff enough highly recommend

We’ve been with Ark Vets at Kingsmead for approximately 20 years, and despite moving out of the area, we’ve remained loyal because of the outstanding care they provide for our pets. Over the last 12 months or so our dog Daisy has been facing multiple complex health conditions and the support we have been receiving is exceptional. Andy and Jeff have been guiding us with patience, compassion, and expertise through some incredibly challenging times, ensuring the best possible care for her. The entire team is always welcoming, friendly, and professional. We truly cannot recommend them highly enough for the dedication and care they show to both pets and owners alike.
