Rang up today because my gorgeous little girl had passed away this morning . I had no idea about pet cremation or what to do . The lovely ladies (I didn’t get your names) took really good care of her (and me) . . I’ve got a lovely card with a paw print and a nose print to keep until we meet again . Thanks again PDSA . . the nurse that I saw had Maine Coon cats - thanks to you for your kindness 💔

Absolutely amazing, they give me a an appointment in one hour after I called, once arrived they were very polite friendly and helpful staff, the asked for a small donation which is absolutely fine, we waited to be seen no longer than 30 minutes and the vet was absolutely amazing with our cat and explained everything to us then treated my cat with antibiotics etc and prescribed another medication that I collected from reception then paid a small contribution towards it, highly recommended if you are on low income scheme.

Absolutely wonderful place fitted us in emergency we didn't know what was wrong. With our dog who hadn't moved and was shaking. Turns out he had lumbar pain prescribed pain relief then said if no better in morning bring him back. Thank goodness he was better after 20 hours he got up had a big wee and a poo. We gave a donation and they were so grateful if I had more if give more. What a wounderful service. Pure empathy for us and our pet dog. Thankyou all so much. This charity needs so much help financially because it's a charity and they truly do care for animals and you xx

I am giving this review regarding today. I have been with pdsa for a long time for my cat and dog but today we sadly had to put our 15 year old family cat to rest. We felt supported, everything was explained, we were treated with respect, caring, understanding and genuine sympathy. We were given as much time as we needed, we weren’t rushed out and we truly felt like they were taking the journey of grief with us. Thank you so much to everyone involved in our cats passing over at the pdsa we appreciate your care today so much. It also made me think twice about moaning waiting for so long in the waiting room, you never know when there is a family taking up a room using their time to say goodbye to a part of their family. Thank you again to everyone involved in our Gary’s care and his passing today (yes our cat was called Gary) thank you pdsa 😽🥺

I’ve used PDSA a couple of times. Once my chihuahua pup had kennel cough and another time she stood on a wasp and had a bad reaction. When I called them they were absolutely amazing. I was panicking and not sure what to do. They told me to bring her in straight away. They gave her a little jab and we had to sit and stay just to be sure she was ok. Within 20 minutes the swelling had gone down and she was back to herself within minutes. They were absolutely lovely to me and the vets were lovely.

All the staff are wonderful. We saw a lovely vet who was so kind and considerate with our cat Danny and also with our poorly Staffy Barney. They got him better for us and I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you.
