This is a super tough review to write as it was in relation to our horse Aria crossing the rainbow bridge. The vet that came out was super nice, understanding and professional but also kind and friendly. They gave us plenty of space and time to say our fairwells and I think they made Aria feel comfortable fear free and pain free. I appreciate all the help they gave us. I would highly recommend them.

Wonderful vet came out to my horses for their yearly vaccine. One horse is very jumpy but she, put her at ease and she didn't notice the needle at all

Always a pleasure to deal with the team at phoenix equine. Professional and caring, I would recommend Tony and his team to everyone. Charlotte has been fantastic with my little herd and very easy to talk to. Taking Covid guidelines very seriously, with the highest regard for myself as the client and of course my horses.

Terrible service, really do not recommend. Failed my late horse massively. They wrongly diagnosed her 3 times in 1 visit, didn't clean her wound properly, stiched her to tight trapping fluid in her. dragged her death on for a long week of her being in comple agony with false promises and false hope.Her death was dragged a week before they even suggested taking her up to Western counties where they diagnosed her within an hour however as this vet had left it to long believing they could help her when they were clearly doing nothing. I feel we were failed as a family and my girl who is now no longer with us due to this also.
