I recently contacted Annabelle and the rest of the team, as a customer living out of the area to arrange a five stage vetting of a horse I was looking at buying. The whole team couldn’t have been more helpful, they knew I was having doubts about the sale and felt something was just not quite right. They listened to my concerns, they asked lots of questions to make sure that when Adam went to do the vetting he could check out all my concerns as he was carrying out the vetting. I felt confident in their ability and re-assured. Nothing was too much trouble and they assured me I wasn’t over thinking and they’d get all the answers I needed to make the decision weather to buy or not. Turns out I was right to doubt, two days before the vetting was due the seller pulled out, I won’t go into details why, but let’s just say it’s doubtful the horse would have passed the vetting. Annabelle was extremely understanding, I was worried there would be a cancellation fee coming my way due to the time wasting seller, Annabelle assured me Ridings would not be issuing me with a cancellation fee, because they simply don’t work that way. The guys at Ridings have also kindly offered to carry out any vetting I may require in the future and really helped make what was a very stressful and difficult situation much more easy to deal with and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I’d just like to say thanks guys and hopefully I’ll see you soon when we find our dream horse. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

William was booked in for his annual vaccinations however the lovely vet (George) also gave William a thorough check and asked me lots of questions about the pony's wellbeing and also gave me lots of time and opportunity to ask questions too . Nothing was too much trouble and I'm sure William enjoyed his morning at Ridings Equine Vets!
