First time visiting since we moved to the area. Very welcoming when we arrived and the vet was excellent with keeping my cat calm. Really pleased with the detailed explanations and clarity of pricing. Happy to have such a reassuring vet clinic in the area! (Photo of Jasper who would still rather not going to the V.E.T.S. though!)

Sue the vet was brilliant at handling our nervous dog when having his yearly vaccination and health check. She was very calm when he displayed aggression. It made the experience a lot less stressful for us and our pup. I highly recommend Sue as a vet. She gave good advice on how we can tackle future appointments for our nervous dog.

Fabulous staff both the reception staff snd veterinary team welcoming and attentive Made our Gypsy (retired Guide dog) feel so special Every option available discussed including cost if various treatments available
