I can't say enough good things about this vet. My little dog took unwell yesterday, it literally came from nowhere. I was in a panic and needed to see a vet immediately. I called Robertson and Orr who very kindly listened to me took details of Maisie's symptoms, and suggested I pop down immediately with her. Upon arrival I was greeted by a friendly and understanding receptionist, who took some more details before being directed right away to see the vet. I must apologise in advance, I was in a panic yesterday, and although all staff introduced themselves, I'm afraid I can't remember all of the names. I'm sure the vet who saw us was Kevin or Kieran, but I maybe wrong. He was amazing, he listened, asked all the right questions and then saw to Maisie thoroughly. He was very attentive and gentle with my girl. It turns out Maisie has cluster epilepsy. He explained the condition, and explained the course of meds required. He then brought in a vet nurse to assist him in administering Maisie's meds. The vet nurse, again, I cant remember her name (apologies), handled Maisie wonderfully also. Absolutely lovely people. I've had dogs all my life and been with several vets over the duration, and have to rate the guys at Robertson and Orr as being up there as one of the best. Additionally, the cost for the consultation and meds was very competitive. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys. Thank you to you all, you really did go above and beyond. Myself and Maisie are very thankful for everything.

We had to call on Robertson & Orr whilst on holiday to put our little dog to sleep. The team were absolutely brilliant - very sympathetic, professional and helpful. I’m very grateful they were there, and made a very difficult time a bit more bearable. Thank you.
