I have used RW Equine for a few years for routine vaccinations and I have always found all the staff I've dealt with really nice and helpful, both the vets and the ladies in the office. Recently I had to call on them out of hours to put my old mare to sleep. Cat was with us very quickly, and was so kind and caring to both myself and my horse. I was dreading the experience, but Cat ensured it all went so smoothly to give my mare the calm, peaceful send off that she deserved. I couldn't have asked for a nicer ending for her, to the point where I now have positive memories of saying goodbye to my old friend in the sunshine. Thank you Cat ❤️

My friend's horse had to be pts today (Sunday). Gonçalo came out to see Vinny. I can't express my gratitude enough for his care and compassion toward my friend and her beloved horse. My friend couldn't emotionally be there during the process but Gonçalo was so patient explaining what would happen and his care during the process was second to none. He made this difficult process so much easier to bare. Thank you so much at this difficult time.

Hi Sarah Thank you all at RW Equine for the continued excellent clinical care. Your vets are kind and caring with each horse and adapt their approach to individual needs - in Squirrel's case extreme distrust following the protracted sarcoid treatment Emoji Hope you all have a peaceful Christmas and New Year. Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Gonçalo for coming out so quickly to us and being so kind and gentle. He was a very calm presence whilst I was I quite worried! He explained everything clearly and advised on what to do next should things not improve and that he would be contactable over the BH holiday should we need anything further. Thankfully she improved with initial treatment and has returned to normal after the steroid shot. Incredibly grateful for the service provided. Always had a very good experience with RW Equine and would highly recommend them.
