My 14 year old cat died on December 25, 2025. I’ve had this cat since I was 11 years old and I chose him as a kitten. He’s been there my entire life, all of a sudden on Christmas Day his body starts to fail him and he’s in pain. He had been showing off and odd signs that something was wrong but nothing major enough that we couldn’t chalk down to physiological stress from moving house. It turns out his time had come and it came all too sudden and too quickly. As it was midday on Christmas Day, he was howling in pain, I had no idea what to do to help him, he could barely move, etc. my stress, despair and anxiety was at an all time high. I called this vet (my local) honestly thinking I’d get no response and have to figure out what to do next but lo and behold I got an answer. It was clear that the vet on call was with family as I could hear chatting in the background while on the phone, but even so he dropped everything and said I’ll meet you at the clinic. I was absolutely amazed, he had every right not to but this spectacular vet came in to view my cat and gave him a euthanasia shot (there was no hope for him). Instead of watching my beloved cat die in agony over hours, this vet helped me say goodbye on his Christmas Day. This clinic CARES about animals, they are not here to rinse money from folks. I still can’t believe how incredible this clinic was. Although it will still be the worst Christmas I’ve ever had I am endlessly grateful that this selfless vet came in just to make my cats passing a little bit easier. Outstanding practice.

Warm welcoming, very professional and amazing staff! We have been there with our dog, after he got attacked by another dog: the reception has been extremely kind, both the nurse and the doctor made our dog feel at ease (even if he was super scared), they cured him greatly and have been very clear with instructions for us and the home care. Highly recommended!!

Today due to an injury to my Saluki the vets and staff were so accommodating as I just turned up and they sorted Archie out immediately. So helpful. Thanks ladies. He’s recovering at home from sedation.

Had my first visit to the practice and took my female greyhound for dental checkup and cleaning. Lauren checked my girl over and conducted a dental clean the next day. Process went well and all the staff I met were friendly and helpful. Cost was more than my previous vet charged but it was a good job done. Happy hound and human Dad.
