Lap spay op performed on our 20 month old retriever. She was bounding about a day later. First class treatment from Cinque Ports from start to finish. Can't recommend them highly enough

I was on holiday in Cambersands and needed a vet for my puppy in an emergency. I was greeted by very kind receptionist who has two bulldogs sorry I can’t remember your name. This young lady reassured me as I was feeling very stressed out over my puppy. The vet was truly amazing. He was so caring to my puppy which in some vets I have witnessed not so much care and treated more like a business. The vet proceeded to give my puppy an anti-sickness injection which my puppy screamed and cried. Before I could comfort my puppy, the vet picked him up and gave him a huge cuddle while apologising to him with so much affection. I was really taken back by this and overwhelmed by the love this young man showed my puppy. If I didn’t live in London this would be the only vet I would ever take my animals to. I really huge thank you to the receptionist with the two Bulldogs and a huge huge thankyou to the wonderful vet!!!!

Fantastic Vets- highly recommended. I took my 14 year old westie there for a Dental, was suggested by previous vet not to put him under again as had trouble waking him up last time so was obviously petrified but it had to be done as he was in pain. The nurse put me at ease, read through all his history carefully and made a new plan. Was kept informed through the day. Procedure was successful and he came out fine. The looked after him soo well.

Great place, once I found it lol! Great access for wheelchair. Entire staff friendly. Clean and welcoming practice. Vet explained everything well. Pricing was very competitive! Vet was not only thorough but called me later to make sure all was ok 👍🏼

We recently registered with this veterinary practice and have been thoroughly impressed from the start. The registration process was quick and straightforward, and the team was warm and welcoming right away. The monthly healthcare plan was clearly explained, with no pressure; just honest advice and great value for the services included. During our first visit, the vet was fantastic with our nervous rescue dog. They took the time to help her feel comfortable, showing genuine care and patience. The consultation itself was thorough, and we really appreciated how clearly everything was explained. We left feeling confident, reassured, and well-informed about our dog’s health and next steps. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a kind, professional, and transparent veterinary team!

Words can’t even begin to describe how much I love these vets, specifically our vet Anna and John. There’s only 1 vet I would stay away from if you’re under 30years old due to her judgmental behaviour🫶🏽 Apart from HER- they are so caring and considerate and they really did save my baby girls life! I highly HIGHLY disagree with other reviews stating that these vets ‘only want your money’.
