A huge thank you to Steph, Sally & Becka for a first class service throughout our time visiting you with our furry OAP 😺. The waiting room is never overcrowded, a huge plus when you have a nervous poorly kitty, as well as an anxious owner 🥰. The care & compassion we experienced was truely 5*. I would not hesitate to recommend the Scott Mitchell Vets at Tow Law 110%.

I have used Scott Mitchell veterinary care for my horses for many years. The service has always been excellent. I have always had dogs but until recently just used local vets for their needs, mainly because Tow Law is a little way from where I live. However, having become increasingly unhappy with the service of my local vets, I registered my dogs with Scott Mitchell small animals. All I can say is they are by far the best vets I have ever used, and I have used many over the years. I have a very anxious large dog who finds visits to the vets stressful. I always used to dread this, not any more since our visits to Tow Law. Becka, on reception, went out of her way to make sure his appointments were at a quiet time to help with his anxiety, and both Roger and Steph, the vets he met, put him at his ease, taking their time, providing a caring service. Nothing is too much trouble. They looked after my elderly dog right up until her final day and now my two new additions. It takes me about 20 minutes to take my animals to Tow Law but it is absolutely worth it. The care my animals have received by the staff here is exemplary and I cannot recommend them enough. I only wish I had registered my small animals with them years ago!

Roger is currently looking after my 17 year old staffy. He couldn't be kinder, with me and my dog, and has explained everything simply and to the point so I fully understand what to expect from his treatment. I can't recommend Roger enough.
