We use the Consett branch. Very friendly staff. I cant really rate any of the vets as I have not met any. I'm sure they will be lovely too. Personal preference of mine is my Spanish friend vet Jose who I trust 100% I have known him for many years. Always honest and friendly. Thank you for all your help over the years Jose. We don’t visit often which makes each trip with our cat quite daunting. The staff are lovely and understanding. Wouldn’t say it’s a pleasure going … who would?? But we come away - job done and he’s is purrrfectly happy xx

I had my beautiful girl to be spayed and chipped here, they ran through everything that could be done and any extra costs for other things if I agreed. They took great care of her before, during and after her surgery. I shall be taking my kitten there in the next couple of months to have him neutered and chipped also. Would recommend this practice to anyone. Lovely staff, very professional and considerate to all needs of the animal and owner. 10/10

Lovely caring surgery. The receptionists are very understanding and listen to your concerns. The vet who looks after my cat is amazing. He very much cares and is an excellent vet. Cannot recommend this practice enough

I have been attending westway vets in Consett for just over 11years now with my dog Harlequin, after being diagnosed with kidney disease at the beginning of the year I can't thank them enough for all their help and support making sure we are doing everything possible to help her. She is a very well known patient and even the girls on reception are all lovely and very helpful.

I have given a five star review based on Dickins latest appointment. The decision to give these stars is because the vet in question that Dickin was seen by, was absolutely great with him. So much patience and attention, he seen a beloved pet rather than a mixed breed dog.
