Small waiting area but animal appointments seem to be spread out so there is no overcrowding. Staff friendly and efficient and my dog did not seem distressed at all. Plenty of parking spaces round about. Tel call from the vet to say all well after dogs operation. Consultation when arrived to pick her up then follow up a few days later.. Reasonable costs.
