Lovely small practise at Heddon-on-the-Wall which I like. Always friendly and so helpful with any concerns. I've been coming to this branch for over 10 years and it's lovely to see familiar faces and have that connection.

Excellent service pleasant staff looked after Mable for her yearly checkup and booster, got some eye drops for Mable thought they were very expensive, as they cost more than her checkup and booster

Staff are always very friendly when you go in or speaking to them on the phone Grace the vet and staff made a big fuss of our dog Alfie, the vet always has time to talk to you and Alfie gets a treat at the end.

Blythman have always been fantastic, we’ve been with several of their branches over the last 14 years. Today Denise went the extra mile to help me with an insurance claim - it was near the practice closing time, but she offered to speak to my insurer herself to get a resolution. I really appreciated this, it was above and beyond and she got the result that I had been trying to get for over a week. Thanks so much Denise, you’re an asset to the business!

Always made to feel so welcome, the Reception staff, nurses and vets are all very professional but also friendly and approachable which I think sets Blythman’s apart from other vets we’ve used in the past. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

I have used a couple of different vets in the past and this vets stands out by FAR! such a lovely environment, so super friendly, helpful and make you feel at ease. My pup loves visiting for cuddles and treats. The monthly plan is fabulous too. Highly recommend!!!
