I have had many pets cared for by Prince Bishop Vets over many years and have always been very happy with the service received. All of the staff, from receptionists through to the vets, are always friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Appointments are easy to arrange and my pets have always been treated with genuine kindness and a high standard of care. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The team at Prince Bishop vets in Leadgate have looked after my cats Willow and Django brilliantly since we moved up from London in 2023 after several years with our previous outstanding vet. I needn't have worried that we'd find the same level of empathy, sensitivity, skills and expertise but I did. The admin and reception team are warm, quick and responsive. The nurses and vets listen well and understand the worry we go through when our non-human family are vulnerable. The cleaning team keeps the practice immaculate. All of these things matter and are noticed. When I had to let Willow go a few months ago, after 12 years together, I was given a hug after breaking down on arrival and we were given a special room so we could say goodbye in privacy and comfort. This is how things should be done.

All the staff are friendly, supportive and treat all my cats like one of their own. If I have any questions they always answer them honestly and if they don’t know the answer will find someone who does. Nothing is too much trouble
