Our girls (one Siamese, one Tabby, both seniors) have received exceptional care here. The standard has been top-notch and the Vet is always empathetic to both the cats and us as their owners. You feel spoken to as a human being, not just a generic client. Highly recommended for any and all cat owners in need of help.

Had to unfortunately put my dog to sleep and went to the local vet ,the worst experience I have ever experienced in the sixty years I have had dogs. When I entered the shop she told me the drug would be administered to relax her then the euthanasia drug would be administered and I would have to leave before the drug was given,to say I was surprised and upset would be an understatement but she said her shop her rules and she doesn’t allow you to stay by this time it was 4.30 and to late to arrange to go elsewhere as she didn’t think she would last till the next day so reluctantly I had to stay if I had been informed when making the appointment I would have cancelled and gone elsewhere but that right was taken from me. The drug was administered to relax her but when I was cuddling her she started crying and flaying about and I had to shout for her to attend to my dog as she was on the phone she informed me “this happens some times” well in all my years it’s never happened to me she then had to give her more to knock her out I then had to go out and sit in the car till it was all over,it was truly awful the worst experience I have ever had at any vet’s and told her so I said all vets to my knowledge actively encourage you to stay but not there this happened on 12/4/25 and I can’t forgive myself for letting my dog down so badly.
