The staff and vets are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. The vets are very friendly and really gave our cats a thorough check up. Thank you.

Quick appointment, very friendly staff. We were pet sitting and anxious but the vet Jo, was very reassuring and resolved the tricky issue. The dog is back to good form.

The one star is for the receptionist only, because they are the only good thing that has come out of this veterinary practice. I saw a review that states “they care more about the money than the welfare of animals” and I couldn’t agree more. I’ve never seen the same vet, they are always different. Every single one of them had told me to put my cat to sleep over and over again, without any tests. Nothing at all, just straight to put to sleep. They’ve dropped my pet on the floor, they couldn’t even submit a form correctly it was a copy from the previous which was completely different to what we was testing. I requested my pets history, which half of the information I wasn’t aware of. They’d quoted me higher prices than the prices on the history. I honestly could write an essay on how rubbish they are but I’ll save it for the complaint. Their “health checks” compared to other veterinary practices are hardly what I’d call a health check. If you’re wondering where to take your pet, this isn’t the place for you. If I had listened to the advice of St George’s, my pet would be dead. Instead I received a second opinion at a new vets who couldn’t fathom a reason for that to be the case. Go. Somewhere. Else.

Avoid. St George’s Pet’s are more interested in the payments than the welfare of the actual pets. They use Locum Vets, many of them have poor English making it difficult to understand what they are saying. Never get to see the same Vet twice. The Pet Health Club is very expensive, not worth the money and they don’t deliver the services promised. We had last minute calls telling us to take the Pets to another practice even though traveling with pets can be difficult you have to fit in with their requirements. There are much better Vets out there at a more cost effective price.

The staff here were so lovely and friendly. The receptionist, nurse and vet were really kind and assisted with all questions. They totally took what could have been a stressful experience and made it so easy and relaxing for our cat. Could not rate them more highly or recommend then enough.
