Our first visit, as we are new to the area. I have never known a vets so welcoming and friendly. The vet herself, Louise, was without peer, the most caring and professional I've ever met over my many years. I cannot recommend her and the whole practice highly enough. Private local practice, run for care of animals, not for profit of big companies it seems to me. Thank you so much for your compassion and care of Merlin.

I really like this vets, very professional and kind, very affordable !! My frenchie is quite vocal and everyone was understanding and kind to him. Iv taken him for his back and another suspected problem and had a good experience both times. Im glad I found this vet, a little drive from my area but most definitely worth the travel. Happy frenchie and happy owner.

I honestly can’t recommend this vets enough ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Over the past four months, I’ve been visiting regularly—sometimes every couple of weeks—and the experience has been consistently outstanding. Every single member of staff is warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. You can tell straight away that they’re not just doing a job—they truly care about the animals they look after. Especially our Doris. What really stands out is how personal they make everything feel. You’re not treated like just another appointment or number; they take the time to listen, explain things clearly, and make both you and your pet feel completely at ease. It’s such a reassuring feeling knowing your pet is in safe hands with people who genuinely care. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a vet they can trust.

Highly recommend, professional, approachable and non judgemental. Beth was excellent as well as other staff when communicating next steps, costs associated to treatment. No hidden costs as with many other vets A seamless experience, with open communication which ensured decisions could be made quickly.

Couldn’t praise these vets enough. We tried numerous vets to come and do a home visit for our dog. Not one would come out. We phoned Kettering vets. We were told yes they would come out to us. 2 lovely ladies (vet / nurse)came and were so caring to our dog who had to be sadly pts. Thank you so much. **********

From start to finish, exceptional experience. Tara was super friendly and helpful helping on reception to book my dog in for a last minute animal health certificate on Christmas eve. Matt, the vet, is a top guy and you can tell they really care going above and beyond as an independent business. Keep up the incredible work and definitely we will be back 👍

We started using Kettering vets a couple weeks back and today Charlie one of our 3 cocker spaniels had scan and polish on his teeth very happy with the service and kept us informed even sent us photo on WhatsApp from his recovery department. And when we collected Charlie talked me through the procedure very very happy ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
