I wanted to reassure any pet owners out there who, like me, dread the ending and may have had bad experiences of feline euthanasia. I always longed for an easy ‘natural death’ at home although I came to realise it was very rare. I did not believe a death at a veterinary surgery could be good but it happened on Sunday February 1st. Dr Anna Di Tova and Nurse Chantal made the Cat Clinic a home away from home – only much better because of all the ways they could make it more comfortable with their equipment and drugs and not least their supportive presence. Nothing was rushed. Dr Anna and Nurse Chantal are exceptional, they ‘held’ us in every sense of that word. What I remember most about the death of my four previous cats is harrowing loneliness. We were not lonely.

I recently brought my cat here because she was very unwell and I was unsure what was causing her distress. The team I saw on both occasions were very kind and professional, especially as I sadly had to put Velvet to sleep. I have been given her paw prints and a signed card, a thoughtful gesture during this difficult time. Thank you.

What a place! If you have a cat, this is the vet clinic for you. I’ve been a client here since it opened years ago. The team is just brilliant. Not only is everyone there completely committed to cats (in all their glorious forms!), they truly go above and beyond every single time. Everything is set up to give the cat patient the best possible experience while they are there. I’ve never met such a caring, compassionate and dedicated team. I trust their judgement completely and know that they do their utmost to ensure not only the best medical care and treatment for my cats (including preventatively) but also to make them feel comfortable and safe while they are there. Given the poor (but frequently unfair) press around veterinary care and costs at the moment, TLCC stands out as a shining star. I have transparent, informed discussions about the health and wellbeing of my cats, and their continuing care, without ever once having felt under pressure to reach a particular decision. The team has been available to advise, guide and support at every stage of my cats healthcare journeys. I cannot recommend TLCC highly enough. For my beloved four-legged furry family members, given the bond the vets here have built, not to mention the trust from us all that they have - deservedly - earned, I wouldn’t trust anyone else to the same degree anymore. They just get cats!! And therefore their caregivers and guardians too 😻

We have never been treated this well in our lives. Our beautiful cat Piskeris had to go sadly and Carolina made the whole procedure a lovely one. She’s caring and never ever seen somebody so professional, she’s a true carer. I can not recommend this clinic highly enough , absolutely fabulous. Gracias Carolina .

I registered my cat with The London Cat Clinic as recommended by my partner, and I was told this is an exceptional, cat-only vet practice. Although I don’t live nearby, I was happy to travel for what I expected would be high-quality, reliable care. While the vets themselves are great onsite, the service and communication have been very disappointing. I signed up to the healthcare plan specifically for convenience, yet I have never received my flea treatment delivery as promised. Over the summer I was told there was a “problem” with the dispensing company, meaning I had to collect treatments myself. On 4 October, I then received an email confirming deliveries had been set up again and that my treatment would arrive on 20 October. It never arrived, and there was no communication from the practice at all. I had to chase the clinic myself on 12 December, at which point I was told I could pick it up instead and that I would be informed when it was ready. Again, no updates followed. I had to call yet again on 22 December, only to be told that it was already ready. This raises the obvious question: why wasn’t I contacted? Why did I have to repeatedly chase for basic updates? The whole point of signing up to a healthcare plan is to avoid this exact kind of admin and follow-up. Sadly, despite excellent vets, the ongoing issues with communication and service have made this a frustrating experience and do not match the premium reputation of the clinic.
