Absolutely brilliant staff! The customer service has been exceptional. Imanol, Ida and Kathleen have outstanding people and pet skills! This is definetly my kittens home away from home. I am so happy thanks guys!!

We brought our 4 cats in to have their claws trimmed and we was treated to nicely by all staff and nurse Hannah was so polite and welcoming to our cats they where treated with kindness and patience and when we have brought them in previously for their injections and to be spayed or neutered the staff made sure that they where well looked after and not scared all the reception staff are always lovely to us like Georgia Kathleen and Denise , thank you so so much to the wonderful staff at vets for pets for treating our cats and showing us their care for animals

Ida, Kathy and Kathleen are genuinely a ray of sunshine. I must emphasis my attendance to this vet is purely due to the reception staff !! An amazing bunch of people who treat my pets like actual babies.

I want to praise Kathleen a really helpful receptionist at the desk for the vet service. She really went out of her way to go above and beyond dealing with a dietary problem for my daughter's cat. With a quick word to a vet she broke the news that there wasn't the specialist dry food available in store, but was able to get cans of specialist wet food to tide us over until dry food was delivered. But I was especially impressed by the way she acknowledged people as they queued up, letting everyone know they had been seen by her, telling them she recognised them and and would note their arrival for an appointment, if she was inputting into her computer she raised her head to say she would be with them in a minute... just perfectly polite, attentive, efficient friendly and calm, human interaction at its best. A credit to the store.

Had such a positive experience at Pets at Home thanks to Kathleen, Kathy and Eda. They were all genuinely friendly, patient and really knew their stuff. You can tell they actually care about the animals and about making sure customers feel at ease. Nothing felt rushed and they took the time to answer our questions properly. They were great with our Cane Corso puppies It made the whole visit easy and enjoyable.

They have been looking after Shadow for years. I took him to get his nails clipped, and the Vet and team were so helpful as always. I cannot fault the care they take of our pets.

We are extremely grateful to this veterinary practice for their kindness and care. After our bird Frederico flew away, someone kind found him and brought him to this vet. The team took him in, looked after him, and kept him safe until he could be returned to us. A special thank you to Dr. Rachel, who took care of Frederico, she was compassionate, attentive, and clearly genuinely cared about his wellbeing. He was returned to us in good health and even with treats, which meant the world to us. We can’t thank the team enough for helping reunite us with our bird. Highly recommended.
