The bald man at reception was extremely helpful offering advice for our new puppy then talking us through registering. His phone decorum is also welcoming and professional.

I will just put 5 stars, because I have no words to explain how happy we are with Dr.Syd and all hos staff there in Wimbledon. Thank you very much for everything you did for Gia!

I’m not happy with the service I’ve been receiving under my dog care plan. The level of care hasn’t been great, and it hasn’t met what I expected when I signed up. On top of that, I’ve noticed I’ve been overcharged, At the last visit, it didn’t feel like my dog was even checked properly, which is really concerning. On top of that, I’ve been charged for a consultation even though my contract clearly states that consultations should be free of charge. The costs don’t seem to match what I originally agreed to. Because of this, I request to cancel the plan straight away. I found a better prices with a good reputation vet

Be careful, their system sends out completely wrong automated text messages that your dog is due to take their parasite pills! Instead of every 6 months, the SMS came after a month. I happened to notice the sticker on the packaging before giving it. When I called the receptionist just said "yea our system sends them wrong", showed no concern, and said it's better to ignore the messages. So they are knowingly sending out dangerous updates to their customers with no intent of fixing it.

Came in here the other week for my mom's cat and got to talk to the friendliest nurse ever. Lo was so helpful and personable and our cat was a big fan. The prices are also quite reasonable!

Called at 9.30 am to speak to somebody as my mum's dog (whom I am looking after) was severely bleeding when he had a bowel movement and vomiting. Told that as my dog is registered with another branch they were not connected, but they would call me back in 10 minutes. Called at 10 am as had not heard spoke to most unhelpful receptionist who told me probably not. I asked if she could find out for sure even if I had to pay again. Told would call back at 10.30. At 11 I called back again and spoke to first guy who told me they needed vet to come out of consultation (despite me hearing him welcoming patient into their appointment) and they would call me back. It's now 12.15 and I've still heard nothing. Absolutely appalling.
