i brought my ageing cat Neko to this vets. The vet gave me some options about her care, but the kindest one was for them to put her to sleep. she left me with her to say goodbye and then came to take her away. Less than a week later i received a lovely card with Neko’s paw prints. Thank you very much for making the experience so much easier.

Urban Vet is a really incredible local independent vets. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for genuine care. They've helped with a few different concerns we've had with our puppy - and I've never felt as though they've tried to rip me off! They've offered helpful advice on time-sensitive matters over the phone and email as part of their care, and ensured we only go in when required. If you're looking for an independent vets - this is a must!

I visited the Urban Vet and they were nothing short of amazing. My cat needed an emergency appointment and after having no luck with my local registered vet surgery, they kindly squeezed me in at the end of their Saturday clinic. Lila at the front desk was so lovely and reassuring, and Emma immediately put my mind at ease with her gentle and patient examination and fast treatment plan. After hydration fluids and anti-nausea medication, my cat is back to her happy, purring self. Thank you Urban Vet!

I have been attending this practice for the last three years and visit quite often as my cat has a long-term condition. Paul, along with every single member of the team I’ve met over the years, has always been caring, supportive, approachable and professional. Their kindness and dedication have not only made a real difference to Lupe’s wellbeing, but also to my experience as a first-time, often-overthinking cat owner. To be honest, I don't know how to put into words how amazing this vet practice has been to us over the past 4 years. Laura and Paul (and formerly Maebh), along with the incredible team of vet nurses and front of house staff (esp Lila!!) have made our experience with a reactive, epileptic rescue so much easier than I ever thought possible. We moved to this practice from another local practice, and it has transformed our boy's health and my stress about his wellbeing. They are caring and understanding, but also honest, evidence-based, and conservative in intervention-- always providing you with multiple options. Yes, the care is pricey, but completely competitive with all London private vet clinics. Even when the news isn't great, I always feel reassured and empowered by their exceptional service. 1000/10 - take your little animal child here!

They’ve gone above and beyond for both of our dogs, providing not just outstanding medical care, but also love and emotional support. The surgery itself is immaculate—modern, calm, and a truly welcoming environment for both pets and owners. The reception team always greets us with warmth, and we never feel rushed or overlooked. Our dogs are now back to normality, and we can’t thank the Urban Vets team enough for everything they’ve done. The team at Urban Vet are absolutely wonderful. My dog Franco basically loves going to the vet as much as he does going to the park now! Everyone - from the vets to the nurses to the receptionists - is incredibly kind, approachable, and genuinely caring. We've been working through Franco's allergies for months, and they've been with us every step of the way. A special shoutout to Paul, Franco's primary vet, who is one of the kindest, most competent, and passionate vets I've ever met. I really appreciate how he always takes the time to explain the science, pros and cons, and ethical considerations behind every option, so we always feel fully informed and confident in our decisions. Overall, I couldn't imagine being in better hands. Urban Vet is truly exceptional - I'd recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a vet who genuinely cares about both pets and people.
