Welcoming, very informative and a very quick wait time. Our pups first vaccination so didn't know what to expect. Talked us through the whole service and some great advice to take on board as well. I took the puppy package that included the 2 vaccinations.

I brought my cockatiel, Sarge, here and was seen by a lovely doctor, who prescribed him on things we thought would help with a sickness we’d chalked him down to. We brought him back again when he declined and received an honest, truly caring consult and decided it was in his best interest to put him down. The doctor was very thorough, and we could tell the staff cared as they went to great measures to try and help us and him. These people really do care about you and your animals wellbeings, while also being honest and respectful. I could not recommend a vet centre more capable and willing. Thankyou Dr Reid

My dog had an itchy ear, plus she needed her worm/ flea tablets. I booked the appointment. The vet checked her ear and advised that she needed some cream. He administered it there and then. He told me to come back in 30 days for a check-up. The total cost was £162.00 for the first visit, and £59.50 for the second two minute check-up. I really like these vets, and don't mind paying a fair price. However, I think these prices are excessive. I will be looking elsewhere in the future. She's been registered here since she was twelve weeks old. She's now three years old, so it's not an issue I take lightly.

What an amazing place 😍 I took an injured baby seagull last night, upon walking in, I was made to feel incredibly welcome and I was seen to straight away! They kindly took baby Gracie from me and returned the cat carrier within a minute! The kindness they showed me and baby Gracie was second to none! I walked out of there with peace of mind knowing that baby Gracie will be looked after and fixed if possible (Fingers Crossed)! I've visited other Vets in the past with an injured bird 🐦 to be looked at with frustration or something, but always felt that the bird would be put to sleep immediately, but last night's experience I left there with Hope 🙏 Definitely worth the drive from Fleetwood, it is was worth it, thank you very much 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🐦🙏🩵

Recently my beloved Bear ( 9 year old Rottweiler ) had to come into the veterinary health centre on thier emergency service through the night as they are the on call vets for my usual vets on the out of hours service . She was admitted and had numerous tests /scans/ xray and unfortunately things were not looking good for my girl and she didn’t make it she was there for 3 days . The care and treatment was excellent they went above and beyond and the kindness they showed us as a family at such a sad time . I can’t thank Siuna and her team enough for all you did for Bear

Really struggled with my cats fur, she was constantly over grooming and becoming distressed and depressed. After seeing multiple vets and getting no improvement, I came to see Lauren and she knew how to help her straight away. Pictures are 3 months apart and she is a completely different cat. Lauren was extremely knowledgeable and friendly too. Wouldn’t take my cat to another vets again.

I have been with Greenways since it first started, and I have always been extremely happy with the treatment given to my fur babies. Recently my little princess (well she thinks she is!) needed an emergency operation for a twisted exposed intestine. It was an evening so not our usual vet, but nevertheless Saskia was operated on and given 5 star treatment. I have never claimed on my insurance before and had no idea where to start. That was not a problem for Harriet, who sorted everything out for me from start to finish. Thank you to all the staff for your continued support and excellent service.
